Eclipse London began in 1993, when a young designer named Rob Marden decided to turn his late-night sketches into something real. Working in a small alterations shop by day and designing by night, Rob saved every spare pound he could until he found a tiny, worn-down storefront just off Carnaby Street.
He renovated it by hand and opened Eclipse London with a simple vision: create elegant, empowering clothing for women who wanted style with substance. His first collection sold out in weeks, and word quickly spread about the boutique run by the designer who listened, cared, and crafted each piece with intention.
From that single corner shop grew a brand known for its modern elegance and personal touch—still guided by Rob’s belief that great fashion begins with passion, not privilege.

After 32 successful years, Rob Marden is closing the doors of his beloved store,London Eclipse. Changing times and a drop in sales have made it impossible for him to continue. To thank his loyal customers and clear out the last of his stock, Rob is offeringeverything at incredibly low prices. It’s his way of saying farewell and showing appreciation for the community that supported him for more than three decades.
